Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 16, 2025

By using Island Pro Wash services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Island Pro Wash provides cleaning, sanitization, and pressure washing services, including but not limited to:

All new Bin Care subscriptions begin with an Initial Deep Clean Reset.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly, bi-annual prepay, or annual prepay).
Payment is due at the time of enrollment and at each billing cycle thereafter.
Services will continue through the paid billing period.

3. Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period unless you re-enroll.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
No credits, refunds, or partial refunds will be given for unused services within a billing cycle.

5. Excessively Dirty Bins

If bins are excessively dirty, Island Pro Wash may replace the normal monthly cleaning with a Deep Clean and charge the difference in cost.

6. Other Services (Soft Wash & Pressure Washing)

For non-subscription services (driveways, decks, patios, or soft washing), payment is required before or at the time of service.
Island Pro Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, structural defects, or materials that fail due to age, wear, or prior damage.
Service estimates are based on visible conditions; hidden damage may require additional charges.

7. Rescheduling & Missed Service

If access to your property or bins is blocked, or bins are not set out, service will be skipped until the next scheduled cleaning. No refunds will be issued.
Customers may reschedule in advance by contacting Island Pro Wash.

8. Limitation of Liability

Island Pro Wash is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing cracks, defects, wear, or structural issues in bins or surfaces.
Use of services is at the customer’s own risk for property outside of the control of Island Pro Wash.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
