  1. Monthly Subscriptions – Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Any remaining prepaid services after the notice period will be completed before cancellation.

  2. Annual Subscriptions – Annual plans are non-refundable once payment is processed. Cancellations may be made at any time to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the subscription term.

  3. Missed Services by Island Pro Wash – If we are unable to complete your service due to our scheduling or operational error, we will reschedule your cleaning at no additional cost.

  4. Missed Services Due to Customer Circumstances – If your bins are unavailable for cleaning (e.g., not placed curbside, access blocked), service will be skipped and resume on your next scheduled cycle. No credit or refund will be issued.

  5. Weather or Safety Delays – Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require us to delay service. We will notify you of the next available rescheduled date.
